Careshare is Scotland's leading provider of childcare, with 22 nurseries and after school clubs in many of its major towns and cities. We care for babies from 6 weeks old up to children aged 5 years. Our aim is to provide a positive, caring environment in which children will develop self-control, self-esteem, self-direction, co-operation and a sense of security.
Each nursery is a modern and highly attractive environment; a bright friendly space in which your child can learn and play. Our nurseries are managed by a qualified, experienced professional Nursery Manager, who can count on the support of a team of well-trained, self-motivated and caring staff.
All our nurseries are also supported by our head office team based in Edinburgh which deals with fee invoicing, payroll and purchasing. This ensures that our Nursery Managers are able to focus entirely on the needs of your children.
Professional, caring staff are at the very heart of childcare, the Careshare Way. These skilled and dedicated people are supported by a company that trains and rewards them in equal measure.
All our senior nursery nursing staff have extensive childcare experience and are led by a professionally qualified nursery manager who monitors performance and childcare standards on a daily basis. Monthly management get-togethers, regular workshops and an annual conference promote a sense of team spirit and encourage every staff member to feel proud of the vital role they play in the care of your child.
Careshare opened its first nursery in 1990 in Livingston. Since then the group has grown to become the largest private childcare company in Scotland, comprising 22 nurseries with our 23rd just completed construction. Our property portfolio demonstrates the company's ability to design, build, convert and fit out high quality nurseries in a wide range of locations, from rural to city centre, from business parks to residential areas, and from hospitals to health clubs.
Our company has grown steadily since 1990, putting the needs of the children at the heart of its business priorities.
