Following a review of our Quality Team we are increasing the number of Quality Manager’s to five. Each Quality Manager will have a portfolio of around 14 nurseries. We are currently looking for Quality Managers to cover the South East of England (including London), South West of England and Central/Northern Scotland. The people we are looking for must have; experience at Managerial level, they must hold or be working towards Early Years Professional Status or Diploma of Higher Education in Early Years (Scotland) or equivalent, be able to lead Audits, offer pre Ofsted/CSIW/Care Commission Inspections, prepare Self Assessments, support new Managers Inductions, work alongside staff to improve and develop practise, to develop and deliver training and support the Quality Director.
The post holder will be provided with a car and other tools to enable them to set up office at home or on the road. Because of the distribution of our nurseries the post holder will need to be independent and able to stay away from home, on their own, some nights.
