Offering workplace childcare could not be simpler. Your organisation will have its own dedicated landing page which employees can access directly to arrange the hours of childcare they require.

For us to make arranging childcare for employers as simple as possible, we limit the amount of paperwork required. The main piece of administration will be to keep Busy Bees at Work up to date with active employees.

Sadly, we are unable to extend the offer to wider family, and a parent, spouse or partner must be directly employed in order to utilise the workplace childcare.

Unfortunately, salary sacrifice is only available to companies with a workplace nursery.

Communication is key in ensuring businesses run smoothly. To keep you informed, we will send you a quarterly report which shows which employees are using the childcare for employer’s benefit.

Levels of subsidisation depend entirely on your company and what you can afford. There is no limit, and we can adjust the levels to suit your preferences.

Again, there is no limit to the number of employees making use of the workplace nursery benefit, meaning you can offer this out to all employees within the business.

No, only the overall agreement is with the employer. The childcare arrangement and fees are connected to the parents themselves and it’s their responsibility to make payment.

If an employee was to leave the business, they would lose their discount and workplace nurseries would give them notice of this change. We would agree a mechanism of sharing active employees.
